AM-3

PM- 5 w/ striders.  I felt good today it was a pretty fun run.  Tomorrow I am gonna listen to coach and just run my heart out.  Sometimes, oh I mean, constantly, I analyze and over-analyze everything.  I noticed that while I try to run fast I analyze my form, breathing, fatigue, and even mental slip-ups (ironic i know).  I even caught myself analyzing why I analyze myself!!! hahaha true story bro.  (or sis. but I highly doubt I am cool enough to have one of them reading this haha).  I really just need to do what I need to do and race my heart out.  It's coming closer to the end of the season and I haven't even got use to track races really yet!!! TOMORROW IS D-DAY!!!!! Here I come fascist cedar nonbelievers.  Ha sorry I am in a weird mood today...haha
