AM- Felt pretty blah today.  I didn't necessarily feel bad but not amazing.  I don't think I ate and drank enough yesterday.  I felt a little bit of anxiety for the season today...anyone have good ideas to get rid of it?  I want to stay comfident and ready to roll!  I think it was due to me feeling tired.

PM- ran at 5, because I knew it'd be hot all day and might as well get it over with! (not that running isn't fun, but not be exhausted with heat is nice).  I actually began using visualization during my run and I didn't really even notice the heat!  I imagined myself looking smooth, relaxed and controlled (while winning state)!  It worked wonders, except when I ran out of things to think about so I started to analyze my body again and I got a cramp....luckily it was in the last 1/4 mile!  I think I'm going to try this sometimes...all I know is I need to figure out how to concentrate on something else positive other than over-analyzing how my body feels!  But overall a grande run!

Good to have you back. It's great to read that you ran while you were away. You're going to have a great season. Do what coach asks and avoid thinking too much.

I try not thinking about it, but I just can't help it!

Shut up and just run and have fun!
