Morning) 3-felt good it was a good morning run

Afternoon) 6- I started out good but then my bowels acted up again...i'm thinking it's milk because yesterday I felt good and didn't drink milk.

Morning) 3- good morning run worked on quicker feet

Afternoon) 5- it was actually pretty good it may be the milk after all...anyways I also worked on good posture and quicker feet and it helped a lot conserved a lot more energy because I wasn't kicking back as much

Race- regular 5k distance and it was a good race.  I thought I could have done better but everytime I got momentum I slipped (which was twice in the same place weirdly enough).  I was close to devo, but just didn't trust myself to go ahead of him.  That will be my goal next race.  I felt I could've gone A LOT faster.

Morning) 3- Regular morning had to get out all the junk acquired over the weekend. 

Afternoon) 9- Really fun run just what I needed after a very gloomy weekend.  Went to go on albino and took a wrong turn (thanks to tyson) and went into the desert and did an off-road run and it was a blast! Then did 4x200m which was pretty good.

Afternoon) 4 + pyramids (9 in total)-  It was good until my legs tightened but I think it is due to my stride change and my turn over change.

Morning) 3- Legs felt a little sore, but not too shabby of a run.

Afternoon) 5 + striders- We ran down to 2450 park and did a grass run.  It was pretty good and fun, but there were a lot of sharp things in the grass!

We ran to the middle school to do some roller coaster workout stuff.  It was pretty good, I ran pretty good.  Then we did a couple 200 m and other speed stuff.  I worked on driving my needs instead of kicking so much.  It didn't feel smooth but I did go faster so now I need to do that more and just incorporate the smoothness into it.

We ran to the elementary/middle school and ran on the grass there.  It was going good until I started to get a little bit of bowel disturbance, but not too bad.  I think it was because I forgot a lunch.  I worked driving my knee's more and, as coach holt said, "stepping over the bar" it felt pretty good it was a lot easier to accelerate and actually less tiring.

Ran a speed workout with 600, 3x100, 600, 3x100, 600, 3x100.  It was a good workout, I did good on the 100 m but 600 not as much.  My stomach was acting up a little bit, I just need to eat more and stay hydrated and eat more.

Today, we ran four in the morning because we were traveling to flagstaff that afternoon.  It was a pretty good run.  Had a good time with the varsity boys and had some laughs.  Overall it was a decent run.

It was a good run.  My muscle below my calf was really tight so I tried to loosen that afterwards.  I worked on keeping my hips forward and driving my knees.  It was a perfect temperature for a run, and the altitude in flagstaff didn't really affect me.

Not my best race, but not my worst.  I felt I could have gone a lot faster than I did and I was being really negative and puting a lot of pressure on myself and I didn't preform my best.  I will try to work hard this next week and try not to put so much pressure and negativity on myself.  I will try not to worry so much on how I feel physically.

Today we ran on foremaster than on the rollercoasters at the middle school.  It was better, I worked on not thinking too much how I feel and just relaxing and running.  It felt good to not worry too much.  I ran a good couple of rollercoaster hills, but the last two were the hardest so I pushed through those.

Today we ran michigans!  I felt great!  I felt smooth and relaxed until the very last 800 (of the 2400 off the track) then I struggled to keep up with tyson.  But most of the workout I was right up on Tyson so that felt good.  I've figured out that I just need to relax and run!  Also, be positive!  That really helped today!

Ran out past Washington Academy and it was a good run!  I felt relax and really moving, although my hands became really frozen.  I am excited to show what I am really worth at California in Footlocker Juniors Race!  I think I could do really well in that race!

Today I ran 5 with a 2 mile tempo.  I ran with Hunter after our family played some flag football.  We started out at a decent pace up the hill around his house.  We hit our tempo after 2.5 miles in.  I felt really good and relaxed.  I was by myself for most of the tempo because hunter was getting sick and I still felt really strong.  I think I have finally figured out how to run fast for me...shut off my brain, relax, and run smooth.  I am really excited for the race to come in California, because I have felt really strong (esp. on hills) and the footlocker course is very tough!

Ran over by my grandparents house and I felt really relaxed and strong most of the way (at the end the muscle below the ball of my calf was sore) and I had to slow down because I looked at the Garmin and it said I was going 5:50-6:00 pace and so I slowed down.  I felt really strong though and it felt easy to go that pace.  Once again, this really get's me excited and pumped for California this next week!

Today I ran 6 with 4x200 m fartleks.  I felt alright until about 3 1/2 miles into it the muscle below the ball of my calf tighten and started to hurt.  I had to stop and stretch twice after that.  I think it was due to not stretching very well before and after runs.

Easy 4 w/ 3x200m-  It was a good run, nice and easy.  I felt pretty good on the first 200 and then on the last too I started strong but didn't accelerate on last part, like I should...All together a good run, nothing special.

4 w/ wave hills- Did a run down by the run, then cut in to do 5 wave hills at the middle school.  I felt really good and smooth.  I felt really strong on the wave hills and kept up with tyson and beat him one time (maybe to the fact he had to pee super bad).  It really got me excited for foot locker! I am excited to finally have the best race of my season!  XC4EVER!
