I started out right where I needed to be in like 23rd and right behind Michael.  Then as I started to approach the first hill (the switchbacks) I got thinking negative and axiety grew so much my stomach began to feel sick.  I was pretty slow going up the hills all around.  I was pretty good at the down hills.  Michael and I were going to work together to win, but instead I died off and he won...It was really disappointing because I know I could have been with Michael.  I am going to try to do some things to keep me relaxed and positive, like how Corey use to say jokes to himself in the middle of a race.  I think if I get passed these mental barriers me and michael could do some damage next year, but I have to get passed them first during track.

It actually wasn't even that bad for my first time back.  My lower back was a little strained,but I felt great! Can't wait for track!

Second day back!  I felt not as good as yesterday, but still no breathing/respitory problems! Just a small section in my lower is kinda sore/feeling bad.  But was way good run overall!

Green springs. Back still a little tweeked,but still great!  My ankle felt a little sore too.  It was a slow pace, and good.  Can't wait for track!

Great run once agains (I am on a roll)!  And once again I was thinking about my goals and sometimes dreaming about my track ambitions!  I don't know if I should keep thinking about it, it makes me wanna run even more and work to exhaustion (don't worry I am not)!  It is really exciting because it is almost a mystery how good I will be ( on a scale of awesome to more awesome haha)!  Too bad track doesn't "officially" start for a while, but still exciting stuff!

Ran a mile to hunter's house to pick hunter up for a run, then went 3 miles more afterwards ending up at my house.  I felt really good today (cold but good)!  No real physical delimmas, just talked to hunter about him most likely doing track and our goals for it!  I tried actual running gloves (got for christmas) and it was SO much better than regular gloves!  Woke up early and I usually feel better when I go to bed early and wake up early! (but I do have to go to bed early to feel better!) Meals before run: Breakfast- toast w/jam. (I am going to start recording my meals on here cause I use to have stomach problems and so I want to find out what was causing it).

Ran with hunter out a little past the stake center.  My stomach didn't feel too good because I had taken 2 different vitamins right before I started running.  It calmed down after half a mile and the rest of the run was good.  Didn't talk much to hunter though cause I was thinking.  I learned today how I best learn, and it said I have to calm everything internally before I can get all in to something, so today I will work on that.  I am also going to do yoga today because it helps with running.  Meals before run: None

I ran by myself today, going out toward washington academy. It was a good run, perfect temperatures. I couldn't breath as well, I think that was due to the fact that I didn't get much sleep or eat that well the day before. I was running decently fast, getting reved up for track season! Meals before running: none Sleep: 7 hours, but went to bed late and woke up late.

It was a good run.  Tried to just turn off my conscious state as a runner and just run and it was easier to go faster.  It was a good run relieved a lot of stress.  I could breath easier today, but still a little trouble.  Meals: None Sleep: 9 went to bed at 10 and woke up at 7.

Today I ran 4 miles down past the double churches and back.  It was a good run and great weather outside!  I had no trouble breathing and I thought about how I am going to do good in track and my goals.  Meals: None Sleep: start-12 wakeup- 7:45

Out to the double churches and back.  Was wearing a jacket but the weather was a little too warm for that so I had to roll my sleeves up.  I felt really good though, and can't wait to run with the team again.  I also can't wait for longer run...so fun!  I saw real steel yesterday and even though its about robots boxing, it was really inspirational and helped me with my run today.  Meals: none Sleep: 10 to 8= 10 hours of sleep.
